Phix, which likely manufactures a number of medicines throughout Leonida, appears to be based on the real-world pharmaceutical company, Pfizer.
The company’s name appears to be a reference to ‘fix,’ which can refer to both mending a problem and a dose of an addictive drug taken for recreation.
