About GTA6Intel
GTA6Intel (gta6intel.com, our apps and our Discord bot) is a free, fan-made guide to Grand Theft Auto VI, run by [operator legal name, registered address]. By using it, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and related names and images belong to their owners; we use them only to say what the guide is about.
Your account
- You must be 16 or over to create an account. Moderator roles are for over-18s.
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in methods secure; you’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- Don’t choose a username or picture that impersonates someone, or uses Rockstar character art.
What you contribute
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, show, adapt (for example resize, crop or correct) and share it on GTA6Intel, our apps, our Discord and our social channels. If you delete your account, contributions that others rely on, such as accepted edits, pins and comments, stay, shown as “a former member”.
Only post things you have the right to share. You confirm that what you post is your own work or that you have permission.
The rules
Don’t post or do any of the following:
- leaked or stolen material
- music, radio recordings or other copyrighted content you don’t have the rights to
- personal information about other people
- harassment, hate, threats, sexual content or anything illegal
- spam, fake accounts, or gaming votes, Rep or rankings
- scraping, overloading or trying to break into the service
The contribution rules explain how to add good information.
Moderation
We check uploads and edits before others see them, and we may edit or remove anything that breaks these terms. Use the report buttons to flag a problem. If we remove your content or suspend your account and you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] and a person will look again.
How accurate it is
Game details change with patches, and plenty is unconfirmed before release. We label where each fact comes from and how sure it is, but we can’t guarantee it’s complete or right. Don’t rely on it for anything important, like a purchase.
Copyright complaints
If something on GTA6Intel infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the link and the details, and we’ll act quickly.
The service
GTA6Intel is free. We may change, pause or stop parts of it, especially on launch night, and we don’t promise it will always be available. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on game information, other users’ content or outages. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll say so on the site. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
