The hotel's Art Deco design is based on the real Park Central Hotel, which is situated in Miami Beach, Florida.
The Cordelia Hotel has only been visible in the illustration and has not been seen in-game at this point.
However, there is no reason to think that it won't appear in Vice Beach for real, as multiple other assets were shown in official art before their in-game models were revealed.
