It appears to run Leonida Penitentiary, where 
The letters LDC are printed on the prison's jumpsuits, and they also appear on the back of community service vests.
It also employs social workers such as 
Another LDC employee can be seen supervising Lucia and other community service attenders, litter-picking on the side of a road.
The LDC is based on the real Florida Department of Corrections.
