Phil's Ammu-Nation is a gun store located in Leonida in GTA 6.
Unlike standard Ammu-Nation stores seen in past Grand Theft Auto titles, this specific store appears to be branded by its owner 
The 'Ammu-Nation' part of the business's logo appears very similar to how it appeared in past GTA titles, but now it is accompanied by the word "Phil's" in large red letters.
The store's tagline is shown to be "Protecting Your Rights."
It is currently unclear whether all Ammu-Nation locations have a similar branding in GTA 6, or whether Phil has simply opened his own store.
An advertisement for the gun store can be seen in Trailer 2, where the store owner claims to have "more guns than the law allows."

Phil himself appears to be inspired by Vice City's Phil Cassidy, who had a similar appearance and passion for weapons.
However, even if the store owner is a recreation of the character, he isn't the same person exactly, as GTA 6 takes place in the HD Universe, rather than the 3D Universe. In addition, the Phil Cassidy that fans may remember was already middle-aged in the 1980s.
