The Ocean View Hotel is a hotel that appears in GTA 6.
The hotel was first revealed in Trailer 1, and has since been showcased in Rockstar Games' official screenshots.
It is situated in Ocean Beach, a neighborhood of Vice Beach in 
The location first appeared in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, where it became Tommy Vercetti's first safehouse. It later returned in Vice City Stories.
However, seeing as GTA 6 is set in the HD Universe, rather than the 3D Universe, this isn't the same Ocean View Hotel that older fans will remember. As such, it has undergone a total makeover, now featuring a large pink neon sign bearing the hotel's name, which can be seen above the entrance.
The structure of the building is still very similar to its 3D Universe predecessor though, with the Ocean View Hotel still drawing inspiration from the real-world Clevelander Hotel.
The hotel appears to have an outdoor bar attached to its ground floor, similar to its real-life inspiration.
