Raul Bautista is likely portrayed by Óscar Jaenada, a Spanish actor who bares a close resemblance to the character.
Jaenada teased fans on social media by posting a shirt with Raul's face on it to his Instagram story. However, it's worth noting that Rockstar non-disclosure agreements would usually not permit teasing in such a manner, which could indicate that the actor is not actually in the game.
