Although her name is not yet known, she is shown attending the 
Like the other attendants, she is shown to be completely covered in mud.
The Thrillbilly Mud Club appears to be based on the Redneck Mud Park, an off-road park in Florida known for its mud-filled trails, camping, live music, and monster truck races.
Some fans suggest that this NPC could actually be an older Tracey De Santa, the daughter of GTA 5 protagonist Michael De Santa. However, given that Tracey would be 34 at the start of GTA 6, this seems unlikely.
