The Lure Predator S23 is a boat being introduced in GTA 6.

It can also be seen in the trailer itself, docked at a pier that 
The Lure Predator S23 appears to have number of different liveries, and an optional roofing over the boat controls.
In addition, the S23 is powered by a Dinka engine, situated at the tail end of the watercraft.
Although it's not an exact match for the real-life boat, the Lure Predator S23 appears to be based on the Contender 25 Bay.
