This currently unnamed Kayak is made by Crest Kayaks in GTA 6.
Although the Kayak's manufacturer is clearly written on the side of the orange-colored watercraft, its in-game name is not currently known.
It was officially revealed via a screenshot of 
Crest Kayak appears to be inspired by the real brand Crescent Kayaks.
The company's logo resembles a cresting wave.
