The VCMM first appeared in the September 2022 leaks, revealing that it has a station at the Vice City International Airport.
It was later confirmed in Trailer 2, where it can be seen in the background of a shot focusing on 
It is likely that the Vice City Metro Mule is an automated transport system, similar to its real-world counterpart, as no front cab or driver can be seen.
The Metro Mule train is based on the Innovia APM 100, just like the real Metromover.
