Overview
Snapmatic is a social media app on the phone that Jason and Lucia carry in Grand Theft Auto VI. It previously appeared in Grand Theft Auto V and is set to return in a changed form.
The pair can reportedly scroll through the feed and follow other accounts to keep track of activity around
Leonida, and social posts are said to feed into the wider story. Unlike in GTA V, they are not expected to post their own photos publicly, since they are hiding from the authorities and want to avoid leaving an online trace. They can still share pictures privately with each other.
The app sits alongside other phone apps described in pre-release coverage, such as the WAINK vehicle scanner and the BuckMe banking app.
