Overview
Lummox County is the rugged, heavily forested northern frontier of 
Leonida. Positioned along the state’s upper border, it serves as the rural antithesis to the neon-lit, hyper-commercialized sprawl of Vice City.
Dominated by Mount Kalaga National Park, the county is defined by dense woodlands, red-dirt canyons, rolling elevation, and winding backwoods trails. Far from the jurisdiction of big-city law enforcement, its remote hills and forgotten hollows are home to off-grid survivalists, anti-government recluses, and backwoods outlaws.
