Although the Rottweiler has not been confirmed for GTA 6, there is a strong possibility that the breed of dog appears in-game.
A picture of a Rottweiler appears on a 'Beware of the Dog' sign shown during a police raid in Trailer 1. And while the dog itself does not appear in the footage, there's plenty of reason to expect that the breed could feature.

After all, a Rottweiler by the name of Chop is owned by Lamar Davis in GTA 5, and the dog even accompanies the player during several missions.
