Police Riot

The Brute Police Riot is an armored vehicle that appears in GTA 6.

The armored van, known to many as the Riot Van, first featured in GTA 5 and GTA Online.

It was shown to be returning in Trailer 2, where Lucia Caminos can be seen using a Grenade Launcher to eliminate pursuing police vehicles.

Being so heavily armored, the vehicle is extremely cumbersome, which leads to its exceptionally poor acceleration. However, its top speed is still relatively average compared to other larger trucks.

Thanks to its weight, the Police Riot is excellent at handling even head-on collisions and can withstand a barrage of gunfire with ease.

It is even capable of dealing with explosive and fire damage, though a direct hit from an RPG (Rocket Launcher) is usually enough to destroy it.

The Brute Police Riot van is likely based on the Lenco BearCat, a real-life SWAT vehicle developed in 2001.
