This personal scooter was revealed in the official Rockstar Games screenshots that accompanied Trailer 2's release.

Given the nature of a Mobility Scooter, it is unlikely that this vehicle can move at too high a speed. What's more, it only has three small wheels and a low suspension, suggesting that the device would struggle on bumpy surfaces such as off-road environments.
The GTA 6 Mobility Scooter bears some resemblance to the real Pride Maxima 3 personal transporter.
