The Vapid Contender is a vehicle that appears in GTA 6.
The pickup truck first debuted in GTA 4, though it did not appear in GTA 5. The vehicle later returned in GTA Online as part of the Cunning Stunts update in July 2016, now a lifted pickup truck.
This updated, second generation of Contender appears to be what's returning in GTA 6, judging by the car's appearance in an official screenshot of 
The new Contender appears to be inspired by the exterior of the real Toyota Tundra Devolro Diablo. However, its internal cab appears much more similar to the 2009 Dodge Ram.
The Vapid Contender is an excellent off-roader, with strong acceleration and handling to boot. On the road, though, it has a significant oversteer that can lead to drivers spinning out if they don't slow down on tighter corners.
The pickup truck is also extremely durable, being able to take significant punishment before becoming undrivable.
