After making its debut in GTA Online back in January 2022, the Comet S2 Cabrio is making its single-player debut in GTA 6. Like the regular Comet S2, this vehicle has never appeared in a new GTA title at launch.

Where performance is concerned, the Comet S2 Cabrio features great speed and acceleration, with excellent traction and cornering ability. It is seen as one of the top sports cars, and even a competitor for some supercars, however it does have one significant flaw.
Due to being a rear-engined, rear wheel drive vehicle, the S2 Cabrio suffers from a "Pendulum Effect" when turning in one direction and then the other in short succession. After upsetting the balance in this manner, the vehicle can become temporarily hard to control due to its shifting weight.
The Comet S2 Cabrio appears to be largely based on the Porsche 911 Cabriolet (992), however several elements of its design clearly draw from other Porsche models such as the Porsche 718 Cayman GTS and the Porsche Panamera
