The vehicle appears to be a boat operated by the Leonida Coast Guard, but it doesn't resemble the organization's boats seen in the 3D Universe Grand Theft Auto titles.
Unlike the previous 'Coast Guard,' this currently unnamed service boat has a cabin with a roof.
It has only been seen once at a great distance, but given its design, it appears to be based on the real RB-S II, a response boat commonly used by the US Coast Guard.
