Jason & Lucia's House

Jason & Lucia's house is a property located in the Leonida Keys in GTA 6.

The house is one of many owned by Brian Heder. In the opening of Trailer 2, it is revealed that he is letting Jason Duval live there rent-free, in exchange for his help collecting debts from other tenants.

The house is initially shown to be in a state of slight disrepair, with Jason shown fixing a leak in the roof. Given its proximity to the coast, the property is raised on stilts to avoid flooding.

It has a basketball hoop near the base of its wooden staircase.

Lucia Caminos appears to move in with Jason after she is released from prison, and the two are shown living together from that point on.

Accessories shown inside include a games console, snake tank, a sofa, chairs, a glass-topped table, and a television.
