The State of Gloriana, known simply as Gloriana, is a state that is shown to exist in the world of GTA 6.
While it's unknown whether or not Gloriana actually appears in-game, references to the state can be seen throughout the world.
In Trailer 2, multiple Gloriana license plates can be spotted on vehicles throughout the footage. More Gloriana license plates are also seen in the game's first official screenshots, shown hanging on the wall of a bar.
It is currently believed to share Leonida's northern border, placing it north of 
Judging by its name and potential position, the State of Gloriana is likely referencing Georgia, which shares a similar border with real-world Florida.
