The character is first shown in the bar in Leonida Keys, near 
He is later shown taking a picture with Jason and 
A figure that appears to be Selfie Guy also appears near the duo as they head into 
Little is known about this character at present, but given his multiple appearances in Trailer 2 and his proximity to the game's protagonists, it's likely that he'll be a major character in GTA 6.
