The Crotch Grab Guy is an unknown Leonida resident who appears in GTA 6 Trailer 1.
The NPC is shown getting out of an Imponte 
User GeneralCustardCannon indicates that the man's anger stems from an incident on the road, captioning their post: "Only in Leonida is a crotch grab an apology for bad driving."
Somehow, it seems unlikely that he's apologizing.
