From its name and appearance, it is clear that Vapeamin is a type of e-liquid that is used to refill electronic cigarettes, known primarily as vapes.

It is likely that GTA 6 will be the first Grand Theft Auto title to feature NPCs vaping in its open world. It is unclear whether or not the player will also be able to purchase and use vapes.

Vapeamin's name is likely a play on the word 'Dopamine', a hormone released in the brain that provides a feeling of happiness and accomplishment.

Several illegal drugs also cause the release of dopamine, which could be the vape company's way of indicating how its product will make users feel.
