It was first revealed in an official screenshot of 
In the ad, Tiny Frank reveals a variety of small baked goods, such as chocolate chip or creme-filled cookies, and Swiss rolls.
The advertisement also features a man (presumably Frank himself) under a rainbow, while assuring readers that the company are: "Proud allies of diversity n' treats".
Tiny Frank appears to be a clear parody of Little Debbie, a brand of baked goods created by McKee Foods.
