The organization first appeared in Trailer 1, where a POACH employee can be seen guiding an American Alligator out of a Vice City resident’s swimming pool.
POACH is shown to have a social media account @OfficialPOACH, which it uses to spread awareness of important issues, such as being sure to check your backyard pool for uninvited reptiles.
The name POACH is a reference to poaching, the illegal act of hunting or capturing wild animals. The company’s logo features a green crosshair centered around a wild duck.
