Pißwasser is a brand of beer that can be found in GTA 6.
The German lager made its first appearance in GTA 4, and the brand has since appeared in every Grand Theft Auto title set in Rockstar Games’ HD Universe. Frequent advertisements can often be seen on television and billboards, or heard on the in-game radio.
The beer was first confirmed to be returning in Trailer 1, where the non-alcoholic variant, Pißwasser Nein, can be spotted during the convenience store robbery.
Given that the name Pißwasser is pronounced ‘Pisswasser,’ and the fact that ‘wasser’ is the German name for beer, the brand is effectively called ‘Piss Water.’
This is further emphasized by the brand’s in-game website in GTA 5, which lists one of the lager’s ingredients as being ‘the fresh urine of Bavarian virgins.’
Pißwasser appears to be largely based on the real-life beer Budweiser, which shares a similar name, branding, and advertising jingle. In addition, the Pißwasser ice variant, introduced in Grand Theft Auto Online, is a clear reference to Bud Ice.
