The Neptune was clearly visible in one video from the September 2022 leaks, revealing the hotel's existence even before the release of Trailer 1.
Its outdoor lighting is a light blue color, drawing influence from both the hotel's water-based name and its real-world counterpart's light fixtures.
The establishment's design appears to be influenced by the real Shore Park Hotel, which was formerly situated on Ocean Beach before its closure in 2020.
