Given the company's similar name and logo, it appears to have been inspired by the real Austrian jewelry brand Swarovski, which manufactures glass-based products, jewelry, watches, and other accessories.
It is possible that players will be able to buy select accessories at Kowalski, though no stores have physically appeared in the game's marketing.
Therefore, it is also possible that Kowalski does not appear physically in-game or is otherwise unenterable.
