Hotel Boardwalk is a hotel that appears in GTA 6.

The Art Deco-inspired building is just one of the many hotels that appear on an Ocean Drive-esque road in Vice Beach.

It was officially revealed in Trailer 1, adjacent to the Neptune hotel. Like its neighbor, it also features a ground-floor restaurant with an outdoor seating area.

However, the building was previously spotted in the September 2022 leaks, before its official debut in the game's reveal trailer.

The Boardwalk's design appears to be based on Hotel Breakwater, a real Miami Beach, Florida establishment. With that in mind, its name is likely Hotel Boardwalk, despite the word not appearing on its exterior sign.

However, this is yet to be confirmed.
