The advertisement reveals that the artist will be performing at 
That exact flyer is now confirmed to appear in-game, as it can be seen in an official screenshot of 
Though the poster is relatively illegible in the screenshot, it appears to match up perfectly with the leaked flyer.
Whether or not the Gutless Wonders actually appear physically in GTA 6 is yet to be confirmed.
