In Trailer 2, it was revealed that Gainz would be making a physical appearance in GTA 6, as a variety of Gainz-brand weight plates can be seen in a shot of 
A number of Gainz plates, including 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg plates, can be seen in the footage.
The name Gainz is evidently inspired by the term 'gains,' used in fitness circles to refer to the accumulation of muscle mass.
