The company has since returned in all of Rockstar Games' HD Universe titles, which makes it no surprise to see it back in GTA 6.

The company's name is thought to originate from the character Lord Dundreary, who appears in the play Our American Cousin.
Given that this is the play that Abraham Lincoln was watching during his assassination, this is clearly a nod to Dundreary's inspiration from Lincoln Motor Company.
