Brian's Boat Works & Marina

Brian's Boat Works & Marina is a business owned and operated by Brian Heder in GTA 6.

As a Boat Works, Brian Heder's business operates by servicing and repairing boats for paying customers. The sign above the company's warehouse reads "Boat Repairs, Equipment & Storage."

This appears to be legitimate, as mechanics are shown working on a large ship inside the warehouse at the end of Trailer 2.

However, off the books, the Boat Works is merely a cover that Brian uses to smuggle illegal goods into Vice City. These imports appear to be largely packed with drugs, with one shipment allegedly containing so much marijuana that Brian claims he could "make the State of Leonida levitate."

Among other employees, Jason Duval and Cal Hampton are shown assisting Brian with a delivery under the cover of darkness. Brian's wife, Lori Heder also appears to help out with his drug smuggling business.

The business also has its own line of merchandise, as Jason is shown wearing a Brian's Boat Works & Marina hat in one of the official GTA 6 screenshots.

Furthermore, in Trailer 2, Cal Hampton is shown wearing a t-shirt sporting the company's logo, which may have been made in order to make the business seem legitimate.
