The shipping business appears to be inspired by the real Evergreen Marine, which features a similar logo to its in-game counterpart.
The name Bilgeco may come from the word 'bilge', which refers to the outer part of a ship's hull, where the bottom curves to meet the vertical sides.
Bilge is also used informally to mean 'nonsense' or 'rubbish', which, alongside the remaining 'co', could indicate that the business is a 'rubbish company.'
